Scarsdale, NY

The vision here is one of understated grandeur: breaking up the home's scale with varied rooflines and setbacks to avoid overwhelming the lot, while using local granite accents for garden walls and entry features to ground the structure in its natural context.

This vision transforms a traditional Scarsdale residence into a sophisticated, livable sanctuary, where heritage details (like the arched doorways and paneled millwork) coexist with efficient, entertaining-friendly spaces, ultimately celebrating the site's pastoral charm.

Manayunk

This Manayunk renovation of a former church took the priceless Gothic elements in a House of God and turned it into a house to call home.

Unique old-world architectural elements were expertly restored to reflect the new owner's whimsy sense of charm and unique wordly furnishings.

In essence, this home is about balance: between craftsmanship and simplicity, history and present-day living. It’s a place where you can feel the weight of tradition—but live with ease and lightness within it.
